As a developer you will need to ensure a scheme is viable from a financial perspective. We offer detailed site investigations for new build projects.

We look at the site constraints and investigate what can be achieved on the site.

This then allows us to start looking at the initial GDV (Gross Development Value) of the project.

On new build projects or larger housing schemes we recommend submitting an application to the Local Authority for pre-application advice.

This gives us a chance to sit down with a planning officer and discuss our initial proposals before progressing onto detailed design.
